These are group yoga sessions. We follow the traditional Kriya Yoga lineage with a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. These sessions are expected to be a combination of Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas and Bandha. In this you will be meeting with different teachers and would learn from them.

YOGA EVERYDAY – ANYTIME ACCESS

In this format we have simplified yoga to meet the needs of your busy day. You will receive a video practice once a week for your self-practice. You will be doing your practice following the recorded video at your own time and convenience and you will update on a daily basis to the assigned teacher. Along with above we as a group will meet 2 days in a week for an online live interactive session to fine tune your practice and ensure that you are making progress week by week.

These are customized personalized sessions. It is suitable for anyone with specific goals for their yoga sadhana or for anyone simply wishing to deepen their Sadhna. These are tailored specifically to meet your individual needs. Our aim is to offer you another reference point for what’s possible, personally and professionally and accordingly guide you on your journey. These sessions are specific deeper work and only if I feel that the student needs it, it is then curated.

PRANA

The focus for these group sessions is to help you build a consistent practice of breathing better. We will focus on learning important Pranayamas which will aid in better functioning of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. In these sessions we will be also guiding you to a few techniques of meditation which will help you to become more aware and be present in the moment.

KRIYAS

A preparation for Hatha Yoga practice is to make the body clean. The body is the tool and our first subject in experiencing how everything is connected. By “cleaning the tool” we make it more sensitive and thus have clearer observation.
