All services, memberships, sessions, classes, and activity bookings bought by you are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-saleable, and no refund shall be given after the payment has been made. However, do reach out to us, and if there is a genuine case or mutual understanding between us, we may consider it a special case. In such a case, you will be charged a refund administration fee of 5% of the refund amount.

For all classes and workshops, we only accept online payment and no cash. Online payment for all sessions must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your seat.

A small payment gateway charge (1 to 4.5% approx.) may be applicable on payments made online. These are charged by our payment gateway providers to offer you the service of paying online.

In case you are unable to attend a particular session; Ishta Yoga will not be responsible to adjust the same in any form. However, if it is a genuine case, Ishta Yoga reserves the right to decide at its own discretion.

If, under normal circumstances, Ishta Yoga has to cancel any workshop or class, the same will be adjusted for the upcoming workshop or class. However, Ishta Yoga accepts no responsibility for cancellations, delays, changes, or losses caused by acts of God, war, or a threat of war, the closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents, or any other events beyond our control. This includes injuries, illnesses, or medical or psychiatric conditions of trainees developed during or after the course, and loss of, or damage to, personal property during the training.

All purchases must be used within the expiration date provided when you make the initial purchase.

Ishta Yoga may withdraw any promotional free or trial sessions at any point of time.

Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted for or removed, class times may be altered, or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes.

We reserve the right to cease or terminate our relationship with you unilaterally and without any reason, and the applicable amount, cash back (if any), or pro-rata refund, as the case may be, shall be refunded to you subsequently.

With regards to payments, we shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on our platform using your payment card or internet banking. We shall not be obligated to refund any money to you in such instances.
