In this format we have simplified yoga to meet the needs of your busy day. You will receive a video practice once a week for your self-practice. You will be doing your practice following the recorded video at your own time and convenience and you will update on a daily basis to the assigned teacher. Along with above we as a group will meet 1 day in a week for an online live interactive session to fine tune your practice and ensure that you are making progress week by week.
